I have coached middle school girls’ basketball, high school girls’ basketball, and I was assistant coach with the boys’ team for one year. I have also been an assistant coach and head coach for girls softball. All 25 years of coaching have been at College Heights.
Coaching achievements or awards?
Three time conference coach of the year and a district coach of the year.
Favorite Hobbies?
Playing and watching sports, reading, and fishing.

I have been married to Leah Blankenship for 32 years. We have one child, Marcus, who is 15.

How do you feel about how your last season ended?
We are very optimistic about the season. We are trying to battle through some early injuries, but if we can get everyone healthy, we hope to be very competitive. One of our goals is to compete for another district championship this year, but we are focused on the daily things we have to do to improve enough to play for a district title.
