McAuley Warriors faced off with Ozark 7 Conference rival Thomas Jefferson Cavaliers on Monday night in the 1st round of the Gem City Classic at Diamond High School. The Warriors fought hard, but ultimately lost by the score of 45-40. With the loss, the Warriors dropped to 0-2 on the season. With the win, the Cavaliers improved their record to 3-0. The Warriors were led by Michael Parrigon and  Kable Reichardt with 9 points. McAuley Catholic will play Diamond on Thursday at 7:30 pm.
