The St Peters Middle School girls basketball team faced off against Joplin Middle School in their season opener at Joplin East Middle School Monday night. The team was led by Ellie Bohachick with 12 points en route to a 28-9 victory. Isabella Gilligan contributed with 10 points including three 3 point shots. This gives the girls a 1-0 start to the season. The Lady Warriors will look to keep their perfect record going in their home opener on Thursday night (11/10) against Avilla. Game time is at 6:00 PM.
